Cotton Global is not responsible for transactions or disputes between users and businesses listed in the directory.

Payment processing is subject to the applicable terms and policies of the payment provider.

Cotton Global does not store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI credentials or other sensitive payment credentials on its servers.

Prices will be displayed before payment is completed.

Applicable taxes, fees or currency conversion charges may apply depending on the user's location, payment method and applicable law.

12. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription or disable automatic renewal where such functionality is provided.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period.

Paid access may continue until the end of the applicable subscription period.

13. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy .

Because Cotton Global provides digital services and premium digital content, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once premium access has been activated or the digital service has been substantially provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under our Refund Policy.

14. Intellectual Property

All content available on Cotton Global, including text, articles, premium news, images, graphics, logos, charts, software, calculators, designs, videos, database content and application interfaces, is owned by Cotton Global or its respective licensors.

You may not without prior written permission:

• Copy or reproduce premium content.
• Republish articles.
• Resell subscription content.
• Redistribute premium news.
• Scrape or systematically collect data.
• Copy the business directory database.
• Create a competing database using Cotton Global data.
• Share paid account access.

15. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Circumvent subscription restrictions.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Platform.
• Scrape or automatically collect data without permission.
• Distribute premium content without authorization.
• Upload malicious software or code.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Submit fraudulent business information.
• Interfere with Platform security.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, services, advertisements or payment providers.

Cotton Global does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or transactions.

17. Service Availability

We aim to keep Cotton Global available and operational; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The Platform may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, server issues, network failures, security incidents, third-party failures, internet problems or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

18. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cotton Global provides the Platform and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, that information will always be accurate or that market data will always be real-time.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cotton Global and its owners, employees, affiliates, partners and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.

This includes losses resulting from reliance on market information, news, business directory information, calculator results, third-party offers, business decisions, trading decisions or transactions with listed businesses.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse premium content, compromise Platform security, share subscription credentials improperly or engage in unlawful activity.

21. Changes to These Terms

Cotton Global may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer protection or other laws applicable to users in their country or jurisdiction.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of Cotton Global's registered office.
